This easy chocolate ganache is easy to prepare with only three ingredients- chocolate, fresh cream, and butter! It is an easy and delectable dessert topping and loved by all.

Ingredients
 
 

  • cup dark chocolate chips
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 1 teaspoon butter ( unsalted )

Instructions
 

  • In a wide bowl, add dark chocolate chips and keep them aside.
  • In a saucepan, add fresh cream on medium heat and bring it to a boil.
  • To the fresh cream, add a teaspoon of butter.
  • Stir well until the butter melts and mix well with the cream. Let the cream boil for a few seconds, or else the cream will curdle.

  • Pour the hot cream mixture on the chocolate and let it sit for two to three minutes or until the chocolate melts completely.
  • Do not stir the chocolate mixture vigorously as it creates air bubbles making the ganache grainy.
  • Smooth, glossy spreadable chocolate ganache is ready to layer any cakes. I layered a chocolate cake and spread the chocolate ganache with a palette knife. If you want to pipe rosettes or any decoration, wrap the bowl with cling film and allow it to cool on the kitchen counter or refrigerate for a few minutes. When it is perfectly cooled, pipe it as per your wish
