In a wide bowl add room temperature butter and powdered granulated sugar and beat well until it is fluffy. To it add vanilla extract and beat gently on low speed.
Add sifted all-purpose and baking powder mixture little at a time and gently fold with a spatula.
After adding all the flour mixture add milk.
Gently mix until it forms pliable dough.
On a baking sheet, roll the dough with a rolling pin and use any cutter as you wish and place it on a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake it at 180 C for 15 min or until edges turn brown.
Remove it from baking tray and cool it on a wire rack.
How to make Chocolate Butter Cream
To make chocolate butter cream ,sieve cocoa powder and icing sugar/confectioners sugar and add room temperature butter and mix well with a spatula.
In a piping bag fill chocolate buttercream and pipe in any nozzle as you wish. Sandwich with chocolate cream when cookies are completely cold.
