Ingredients
  

  • 2 French beans ( handfuls )
  • 1 onion ( finely sliced )
  • 1 tomato ( finely sliced )
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder ( to taste )
  • ½ teaspoon Italian herbs ( to taste )
  • salt ( to taste )

Instructions
 

  • Select tender bean varieties and trim off the edges if necessary. Then, in a wide pan or kadhai, add water and blanch fresh beans for two to four minutes and drain the water completely.
  • In a wide bowl, add cream cheese. Add the seasoning and salt and mix well until it is well combined.
  • Add beans and roasted peanuts and stir until the cream cheese dressing coats well.
  • Finally add in finely sliced onions and tomatoes. Check the seasoning and add extra pepper or salt to taste.
  • Transfer it onto a serving dish and serve it immediately or place it in the fridge for ten to fifteen minutes to chill and serve cold.

Notes

Blanch green beans to al dente because the crunchiness should feel in every bite.
