Ingredients
  

  • 250 g paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 bell pepper (green) (medium sized)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoon peppercorn powder(freshly ground) (according to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon oil (flavourless oil)

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, dice the onion, capsicum, and paneer into equal sizes and keep them aside. In a pan or wok, add a little oil and add onion. Toss onion for a minute and make sure it doesn’t lose its crunchiness.
  • Now add diced bell pepper and toss again for a minute. Switch off the flame.
  • Add in freshly crushed peppercorns and sprinkle salt to taste.
  • Finally, add in paneer( cottage cheese ) and toss well. Mix well until the seasoning coats paneer and vegetable.
  • Serve this paneer vegetable salad as it is. You can refrigerate and serve it as a cold paneer vegetable salad too. Add in your favourite herbs or squeeze a dash of lemon juice before serving. It is purely optional. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
