This paneer vegetable salad recipe is a fresh and healthy recipe to make within a few minutes. A super quick recipe that requires a handful of ingredients to make this fresh salad.

Instructions
Firstly, dice the onion, capsicum, and paneer into equal sizes and keep them aside. In a pan or wok, add a little oil and add onion. Toss onion for a minute and make sure it doesn’t lose its crunchiness.
Now add diced bell pepper and toss again for a minute. Switch off the flame.
Add in freshly crushed peppercorns and sprinkle salt to taste.
Finally, add in paneer( cottage cheese ) and toss well. Mix well until the seasoning coats paneer and vegetable.
Serve this paneer vegetable salad as it is. You can refrigerate and serve it as a cold paneer vegetable salad too. Add in your favourite herbs or squeeze a dash of lemon juice before serving. It is purely optional. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
