Eggless Butter Cookies is a very simple cookie that any novice baker can bake by following correct measurements. Four basic ingredients is needed to relish this golden drops of melt in mouth Butter Cookies.
In a mixing bowl, add room-temperature salted butter.
Beat with an electric hand beater or wire whisk until fluffy. Then add icing sugar.
“Add vanilla extract to the creamed butter and sugar.”
Sift all-purpose flour into the creamed butter-sugar mixture and mix gently with a spatula or with an electric hand beater on a low speed.
The cookie dough should have a consistency similar to a rolling ball, as shown in the picture.
Using a fork, gently press it to form an impression. This is one design I made.
Another design was created using a strainer. We can make any design you wish.
The designed cookie dough is ready to bake. Preheat oven to 170* C.
Bake in a preheated oven for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Notes
First batch of cookies needs 15 to 16 mins. Next batches need only 13 to 14 minutes. Have an eye after 10 minutes or until cookie edges turn brown.
