Kale Apple Banana Smoothie

This smoothie contains kale, banana, and apple blended with almond milk and maple syrup. This is a tasty and healthy beverage filled with leafy green goodness, plant milk goodness, and fruit goodness. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber, thus an excellent morning booster or a health-boosted energy drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 kale leaves ( ribs and stem removed )
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 4 cups almond nut milk
  • 3 teaspoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add chopped apple and banana.
  • Tear or chop kale and add it to the blender with maple syrup.
  • Finally, add almond nut milk and blend for a minute or two until everything blends well.
  • The smooth and creamy green kale, apple, and banana smoothie is ready.

Notes

Always freeze your banana beforehand for a creamier texture!
