HOW TO STORE MIXED FRUIT JAM WITHOUT PECTIN?

  • After filling a sterilized jar with jam up to the rim, turn it upside down and leave it for a few hours before storing it in a cool, dry place. Turning the jar creates a vacuum, which helps preserve the jam for a longer period. Once opened, store the jar in the fridge and use a clean, dry spoon for serving.
