Ingredients
  

  • 4 tomato (medium size)
  • 2 carrot (diced)
  • 1 onion (medium size)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cup water (for boiling vegetables)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper powder (to taste)
  • 2 turmeric powder (pinch)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 sprig coriander leaves (for garnishhing)

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, melt butter for the tomato carrot soup base.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic, and sauté in butter for tomato-carrot soup without cream.
  • Now add chopped carrot to the sautéed onion and garlic for tomato carrot soup without cream.
  • Season the sautéed carrots with pepper, turmeric, and salt.
  • Sauté the carrot until it is partially cooked. Add chopped tomatoes to the soup base and sauté well.
  • Sauté the soup base, then add the tomatoes to cook. Cover the pan and cook the vegetables until they soften. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Add water to the sautéed tomatoes and carrots for the tomato carrot soup.  Simmer tomatoes and carrots in water.
  • Check that the carrots are soft and fully cooked. Blend the cooled tomato and carrot soup mixture until smooth.
  • Transfer the smoothly blended tomato and carrot puree prepared for tomato carrot soup without cream.
  • Cook the carrot tomato soup without cream until it is smooth and ready to serve.
  • Adjust the amount of salt and pepper according to your taste. Feel free to add any seasoning you prefer.
