Simple/ Easy Fish Fry/ is succulent, delectable, moist, and crispy outside. A simple and straightforward recipe to prepare in no time with available ingredients in the pantry.
This recipe needs the basics masala powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Sheela / Baracuda fish is my favourite Variety of fish used for this delectable preparation. This fish variety absorbs masalas well in few minutes and prepares within few minutes.
Marination is important to enhance the taste. I usually marinate fish pieces and keep it in fridge for 30 mins for a tasty fish fry. I pan fry fish with 2 tbsp of oil and health freaks can avoid oil and can grill in an oven which makes no change in taste or texture. This is a perfect and easy preparation for any parties as it consume less time to prepare and cook. You can serve as a Starter,or a side for any flavoured rice. But, I prefer to have with hot Rasam ( thin tomato tamarind soup) or Sambhar rice.
