Simple Quick Healthy Granola Bars(No-Bake) with healthy mix-ins is an easy bar to make it in just few minutes.

These bars are delicious, healthy, easy to make with oats, dried fruits, nuts, etc available in your pantry. This healthy bar is rich with vital nutrients and healthy fat. So a piece of Granola bar is perfect for a morning breakfast, Brunch, or as a snack.

This recipe has no precise ingredients to follow. You can add any dried fruit or nuts available in your pantry. Likewise, any binding agent like maple syrup, Honey, Peanut butter, Dates helps to bring it to shape. Here, I used Dates as a binding agent for my Granola bar. Usually, I use homemade Peanut butter for my Granola. As Peanut Butter was out of stock, I used Dates and the taste was good and also the bar was perfectly  intact.

Mix-Ins used in Granola Bar

  • Oats( Quick Cooking Oats)
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios
  • Dried Cranberry
  • Black current
  • Dates
  • Walnuts

These are the Mix-In was available in my pantry and you can use any dried fruits, nuts, corn flakes, Rice puffs etc… The choice is yours! To add flavor to my Granola Bars, I added ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract, which is purely optional!

How To Make Simple Quick Healthy Granola Bars(No-Bake)?

There are two ways to make Granola Bars! First, by adding all dried fruits, nuts, and oats together and mix with natural sweetener like Maple syrup or Honey. The second method is by blitzing all the ingredients and mix with date paste. You can toast the nuts if you want crunchy nuts. I followed the second method and transfer to a lined baking tray and chilled for 2 to 3 hours. That’s it. Simple Quick Healthy No-Bake Granola Bars is ready within few minutes. Active preparation time is less than 15 minutes, whereas chilling passive time is up to 2 to 3 hours.

How to Store Granola Bars?

Store Granola bar in an air tight container. It stays fresh as it is for more than a week or two on the kitchen counter. If you make a big batch, you can store it in the freezer forever and relish whenever you want.

Let’s see how to make this Simple Quick Healthy Granola Bars(No-Bake) with step by step preparation.

Let’s see step by step preparation below

Gather all the ingredients and line parchment paper in a slightly deep tray or you can use baking tray too.

In an electric mixer grinder pulse almonds to chunky coarse powder and add to Oats.

Likewise blitz Black current and dried cranberries and add to the Oats mixture.

Mix the Oats mixture with the spatula until everything is evenly mixted.

Finally, grind pitted dates to smooth fine paste as this date paste is the natural sweetener and as well binding agent for the Granola Bars.

Add the date paste to the oats nut fruit mixture and mix with a spatula. And for the flavour, I added vanilla extract and mixed well. Granola mixture is ready to transfer to a lined baking tray.

Transfer the Granola mixture to a parchment lined tin and level the Granola mixture with a flat base ladle and chill it for 2 to 3 hours. I chilled for 3 hours and the bars came out perfectly in even size.

Remove from Refrigerator and cut into slices and serve for breakfast or as a snack. Store in an airtight container on the kitchen counter for a week or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
