Chocolate Fudgy Brownie

Chocolate Fudgy Brownies ,Who say no to Richest most decadent Homemade Fudgy Brownies? Thin crackly top and fudgy base is all a Perfect Fudgy Brownie is . To get this lovely Texture perfect ratio of ingredients is needed for this Edible Beauty. Yes, it is so easy to make without hand mixer or any fancy gadgets. It all needs a bowl and a hand whisk to make this scrumptious Chocolatey Fudgy Brownies .

Chocolate Fudgy brownies is dense,chewy, fudgy and rich in chocolate with beautiful thin crackly top which is really hard to achieve. What you need for this Fudgy brownie? Good quality semi dark chocolate, eggs , all purpose flour, butter, sugar,Vanilla and pinch of salt. Ingredients are added one by one and mixed together and baked to perfection. How to make Chocolate Fudgy Brownies

Preparation Time : 10 mins

Baking Time : 35 to 40 mins

Servings : 10

Ingredients

Semi sweet Chocolate – 200 gms

Unsalted Butter – 100 gms

Sugar – 275 gms

Eggs – 4

All purpose Floue – 65 gms

Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp

Salt – 1 pinch

Procedure

Get ready with all the ingredients.

In a microwave-safe bowl add Semi sweet Chocolate and unsalted Butter and melt for 30 seconds in microwave mode and let it cool to room temperature.

Grind sugar granules to fine powder in a mixer. Mix powdered sugar to the melted chocolate Butter mixture and gently mix until well combined.

Now add Egg one at a time and gently mix until four eggs are added and well combined.

Add in Vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the Chocolate egg mixture.

Finally add sifted All purpose flour little by little in three parts and gently mix until it is well combined.

Before preparing Brownie Batter ,preheat oven to 180°C . Line an 8 inch square pan and line pan with parchment paper,leaving an inch or two overhang on all sides. Pour the Batter into the prepared Tin.

Level the Brownie Batter with an offset spatula or just tap the tin on kitchen counter.

Bake at 180 ° C for 35 to 40 mins until a skewer inserted comes out with only few moist crumbs sticks to it.

Transfer on to a wire rack to cool completely. Run a knife or offset spatula around the edges of the pan and demould the Fudgy Brownie out of pan and onto a cutting board .

Cut Brownie into 2 inch squares or according to desired shapes. The richest decadent homemade Fudgy Brownie is ready to devour .

Notes

Use unsalted butter. If using salted butter avoid salt.

If using Bittersweet Chocolate,you can increase sugar to 10 to 15 gms. It is optional.

Do not increase flour . The more flour in brownies , the cakier they will taste. Less flour results dense and fudgy Brownies.

Melt chocolate butter either in microwave or by double boiling method.

      Hi Sandy,Icing sugar contains little amount of cornstarch so,you do not get perfect crackly top and fudgy Brownie.Happy Baking????!

      Semi sweet chocolate is bar type or chips type? I read must use bar or compound type only can make it fudgy. Is it true?

        It is a bar type available in 500gm to 1 kg… Yes, only these bars along with sugar gives the perfect fudgy crinkly tops!

    Very tasty . I tried it … But mine was dark brown from top n didn’t have the cracks.. mayb coz I used brown sugar .. it’s it was delicious

    These are soooo good! I had a time getting them done I baked recommended time was not done then I baked 10 more minutes still not done I had to turn on 350 for about 20 min to get done finally they were but they are sooo good!
