Chocolate Orange Marble Cake/Vanilla and Chocolate cake in a Bundt Pan without any glaze is a sheer beauty for both to Eyes and Palate.
Marble cake has its own beauty of mixing any two or three different flavours according to individuals choice. I have combined my Favourite flavours Vanilla and Chocolate with an addition of Orange juice and orange zest to it.
This Cake is slightly dense, buttery, moist and not crumbly. With or without frosting, this cake is perfect for any time in a day. I have baked this cake many times with the combination of different flavours. It’s a simple and easy recipe to prepare and it tastes so yum with Sugar glaze or as it is. I prefer to have as it is with a cup of Coffee.
Every time I bake this cake ,I always tweak the recipe by adding some nuts or dry fruits or fresh juice or Chocolate chips etc. The end product will always be amazing and liked by all. In this recipe, I have added cocoa powder, freshly squeezed orange juice, orange zest and vanilla extract. Prepared cake batter is divided equally and cocoa powder is added to one half of the batter, gently mixed and then baked. I did not swirl the batter to make any patterns but filled the Bundt pan with the two different flavoured batter. Lets see the step by step preparation of the recipe.
