Cranberry Chocolate Chip Cookies is an all time favourite cookie for all kids because of choco chips present in it. This cookie is simple to make because it needs only handful of ingredients to bake.

The texture is slightly thick and chunky with a mixture of tangy and sweet taste. No doubt ,any novice baker can bake at ease.

This recipe is one simple recipe as it needs no cookie cutter or any piping bag or nozzle . All need is a clean hand to roll round balls out of cookie dough .Is’nt simple? Yes ,every member in a family would volunteer to make this cookie during holidays. It is a perfect Holiday Cookies for Family. The recipe can be changed with addition of any nuts or dry fruits to each individual taste. I always do a batch of cookies with both cranberries and choco chips and a separate choco chip and nut cookies.

The dried Cranberries in the cookie add a lovely chewy consistency, while chocolate chip melts and add sweetness . This cookie dough can be mixed ahead of time ,cling wrap and freeze. When baking moods starts to itch, thaw cookie dough for 15 minutes, roll into a round ball and bake .This is a perfect Holiday cookie and can bake with different flavours with variations of any nuts or dry fruits.

Notes

You can prepare cookie dough ahead of time and freeze. Before baking thaw the dough for 15 to 30 minutes until it can easily work on dough.

Add any dry fruit or nuts according to your preference.

Baking first batch cookies needs 20 minutes. For second batch it needs only 17 to 18 minutes. Do have an eye after 15 minutes of baking. Every oven behaves different ,so adjust the temperature during baking.
