Guava is not an expensive fruit like other fruits. It is easily affordable and rich in minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants. To know more about guava, you can read more benefits at StyleCraze.com.

Pink Guavas – Choosing the best and most fleshy fruit is good. I feel the pink-coloured variety is the best for making jam. It gives the guava jam a distinct colour, flavour, and taste. It is less available compared to the white variety guava.

White Guavas – are plenty and available throughout the year. It is fleshy, with white pulp and fewer seeds, and tastes delicious. But for making a jam, you need the colour. So my pick is always pink guavas.

How to store Guava Jam?

Take a sterilized Jar ( How to sterilise jar for jams and preserves ) fill jam up to the rim of the Glass Jar and turn it upside down and leave it for a few hours before storing it in a cool and dry place.
