Easy Fudgy Eggless Nutella brownies are simple, and a fuss-free recipe made it within an hour. These brownies are utterly fudgy, gooey with a beautiful crinkly top made with rich semi-sweet chocolate, Nutella, butter, all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder.
I’ve already made Fudgy gooey brownies with egg and had many requests for eggless brownies. Since I have not tried an eggless version in brownies, I almost tried two to three versions out of it. To my surprise, all were perfect in taste but missing out on the crinkly top or gooey brownies. The recipe with Nutella and some adjustment with the ingredients came out perfect and, I had no complaints in my family. The best part is, no one knew it is an eggless Brownies. So here I present before you the best eggless fudgy and gooey brownies with an extra richness of Nutella.
In this recipe, there are no curd or flax seeds, etc.. for an egg substitute. I used only milk to melt chocolate. If you do not have Nutella, you can skip it and increase the sugar quantity.
Ingredients used in this recipe
- Nutella
- Semi sweet Chocolate
- All purpose flour
- Butter
- Milk
- Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Vanilla Extract
- Salt
How to make Easy Fudgy Eggless Nutella Brownies
Gather all the ingredients and make sure all are at room temperature.
In a heavy bottom pan or vessel warm milk and add sugar on a low medium heat.
To it add unsalted butter and Semi sweet chocolate and switch off the gas flame.
Gently stir until the chocolate gets completely dissolved.
Transfer the melted chocolate mixture to another wide bowl and let it cool slightly.
Now add in sifted all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt and mix to well until flour mixture is completely incorporate into the chocolate mixture.
Now add Nutella to the Brownie batter and mix well.
Finally, add Vanilla extract and mix well. Adding vanilla extract is purely optional. I love chocolate and vanilla together and so try to add in my bakes.
Grease a rectangular pan( 11″ * 7 ” size) lined with parchment paper and pour the Brownie batter and level the batter by tapping on to the kitchen counter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes or until inserted skewer comes out with moist crumb. Allow the beautifully baked Eggless Nutella Brownies with the crinkly top layer and fudgy, gooey centre on a wire rack. Let it cool completely.
Slice the brownies evenly and serve it with a cup of milk or coffee or can have as it is.
How to Store Eggless Nutella Brownies
To store fudgy, gooey brownies, always place a piece of parchment paper between each piece to avoid sticking to each other. Store in an airtight container or can refrigerate and have as it is.
Serving Options
You can indulge this black beauty as it is or if your freezer contains an ice cream tub, do serve a dollop of ice cream with the brownie.
