How to make Baby corn fritters?
It is one of the easy and simple recipes to make within few minutes. All you need is fresh baby corn and few ingredients. Firstly, boil baby corns for four to five minutes. Let it becomes tender and soft and, so it helps the masalas to coat well on the baby corns. Secondly, mix all the ingredients except the bread crumbs. The wet boiled baby corn is sufficient to hold the masalas on it. If the masalas are dry, add a teaspoon of water and mix until it evenly coats the baby corn. Finally crumb coat and keep it aside.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 Celsius. Preheating the air fryer is important like an oven and helps to cook fast and crisp. Place an aluminium foil or parchment paper in the crumb basket (optional) and arrange the corn pieces. Do not overload the baby corns in the basket. Arrange as shown in the picture. Smear oil (gives nice golden colour) on top of the baby corn and air fry it for 15 to 17 minutes. During halfway of air frying (after 8 to 9 minutes), switch off the air fryer and turn and dab some oil on the pieces and continue air frying. That’s it! Baby corn fritters are ready to serve.
